A few years later he started his first business serving the community with telecom services. As a pioneer in the ever-changing industry, for over 20 years he and his partners connected the bay area - one business at a time – through wireless and fiber internet, and Hosted PBX (Voice over IP) systems. 

He retired from the telecom industry to chase his personal passion for real estate investing and property management coupled with his love and desire to be near the water. This was the catalyst for his instant real estate career venture on the beaches of Florida connecting investors and tourists to the Sun, Salt and The Sea.

Captain Bill brings a diverse set of skills and entrepreneurial spirit to the marketplace with his personal experience investing and managing Short Term Rental Beach Property. In addition to identifying and vetting beach property investments, ripe for Short Term Rental success with tax-favored returns, he also assists property owners in creating an aesthetic property profile to attract top-notch short-term tenants – managing every aspect of the rental management from start to finish. His super-power is his natural ability to create an open and honest dialog with both owners and tenants, creating an ideal environment for a hassle-free investment property management experience.

As an additional tool to build a cache of clients and renters, Captain Bill also built an arm of his property management business serving owners and tourists with high-end beach bike rentals to attract attention to his brand and build a following of Florida beach enthusiasts so he could market rental properties to prospective buyers and tenants.
