Charles Rountree brings over two decades of executive leadership experience, having held senior management positions within a Fortune 500 corporation.
In these roles, he directed multi-disciplinary operations encompassing sales optimization, operational excellence, customer relations, claims management, and business development initiatives.
In 2005, Mr. Rountree founded Performance Driven Consulting, establishing a distinguished track record in investment strategy, strategic acquisitions, portfolio management, hard money lending, and executive business consulting throughout Florida’s dynamic markets.
Building on this foundation, he later launched Insta Real Estate Solutions and TPC Lending, where he serves as Founder and Principal.
