Julia Spencer is a dedicated and knowledgeable real estate professional with a strong foundation in legal and real estate expertise. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1998 with a Paralegal Degree specializing in Real Estate and Probate, and spent many years in Ohio working for an attorney, gaining valuable experience in contracts, transactions, and client advocacy.
After relocating to Florida with her family eleven years ago, Julia returned to her professional roots and passion for real estate. She continued to build a successful career serving buyers and sellers throughout the Tampa Bay area.
Julia brings a results-driven, client-focused approach to every transaction. She specializes in relocation, military buyers and sellers, and first-time homebuyers, guiding clients with clarity, confidence, and care. She is known for being personable, tenacious, and highly knowledgeable.
Julia combines creative marketing strategies, instinctive people skills, and a strong competitive edge to help her clients succeed. She takes the time to truly listen to her clients’ needs and works tirelessly to ensure their biggest investment is protected—whether selling a home for top dollar or finding the perfect home at the right price.
Outside of real estate, Julia enjoys spending time with her husband and their four children, their spouses, and one grandchild. Their favorite activities include going to the beach, walking the dogs, and cooking together. Julia is deeply committed to giving back to her community—she volunteers at a local school and serves as a Guardian ad Litem, advocating for children in the court system who cannot speak for themselves.
