I have had an exciting Real Estate career working with countless Buyers, Sellers, Investors, and Hedge Funds.
I started my Real Estate career when I bought my first investment house in 2004.
In 2005, I left Corporate Engineer career and started buying, selling, wholesaling, and rehabbing properties full time.
It amazes me how much Real Estate and Engineering are alike. Each transaction has a set of challenges; it is like a large puzzle, there are so many decisions to make and they all affect the transaction. This has enabled me to utilize my Engineering and Business Degree my entire career to help Clients maximize the purchase and sale of their Real Estate investments.
In 2012, I started my own company that focused on buying and selling rental properties. I negotiated the purchase and sale of over 150 properties and assisted my team in negotiating and closing over 500 transactions.
Most recently, in 2017-2019, I‘Ve worked with two larger Hedge Funds and negotiated the purchase of over $275 million dollars in Real Estate, assisted in the rehab process, and quarterbacked the successful sale of these assets.
Joining the Insta Real Estate Solutions team is an exciting next step, and has given me the opportunity to showcase my broad range of knowledge and experience within the Real Estate community!
